Each strap is made to order and stitched by hand. Making usually takes up to 2 weeks before it ships (up to 5 weeks in busy periods). Your strap is made to your specification, so it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged (no right of withdrawal, § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
