About straps for the Cartier
Every model has its own way of attaching a strap. The modern Santos uses the QuickSwitch system, the Santos 100 the original Cartier deployant clasp, the Santos-Dumont a spring bar inside its own custom end piece, and the Tank standard spring bars. Each strap is made for one of these, so it meets the case cleanly.
