Refund policy

Every Atelier Taha strap is made by hand in Germany, only after you order and entirely to your specification: you decide the watch model, lug width, length, leather, colour, lining, stitching and buckle. A strap made this way is made for you alone and cannot be sold to anyone else.

No right of withdrawal for straps made to your specification

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are produced on the basis of an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (§ 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code, BGB).

Because each of our straps is made to your specification in this way, there is no right of withdrawal for orders placed with us. Orders therefore cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once they have been placed. Your rights in the event of a defect or an incorrect delivery are set out below and are not affected.

Before you order

We would rather answer a question before the order than correct a fit afterwards. If you are unsure about your watch model, lug width, strap length or clasp, please write to us first by WhatsApp (+49 152 59677441) or at info@ateliertaha.de. We check your specification and write to you if anything is unclear before the leather is cut.

Defective, damaged or incorrect straps

Please inspect your strap when it arrives. If it is defective, was damaged in transit, or does not match the specification you ordered, write to us within 14 days of delivery at info@ateliertaha.de with your order number and photos. We will then arrange the return and repair the strap, make a replacement or refund the purchase price. We bear the cost of the return shipment for a justified complaint.

Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.

Natural material

Leather is a natural material. Slight variations in grain, scale pattern and colour, and small differences between colours on screen and the finished strap, are typical of the material and do not in themselves constitute a defect.

Refused, uncollected or undeliverable parcels

Refusing a delivery or not collecting a parcel does not cancel your order and does not create a right to a refund. What applies when a parcel is returned to us is explained in our shipping policy.
